Silicon Valley Custom Homes, LLC is a team of builders and designers who are committed to help you realize your dream homes.  While there are many home builders in the Bay Area, there are few who can build top quality home at a reasonable cost.  This was the very motivation and passion that made us start this business.  We take pride in building quality homes that bring happiness to Silicon Valley communities and families. We are fully licensed and insured.

Blair Project
In 2014, we have rebuilt and expanded the 3-bedroom 2 bath home (1,250 sf) in Sunnyvale, and turned it into a beautiful and top notch to 4-bedroom 3.5 bath home (1,784 sf).  The home was sold at $1.6M in 2004, $765,000 higher than the purchase price of $835,000 in 1999.
Burgoyne Project
In 2016, we worked on a new build project - tear down a home to build 4-bedroom 3 bath home in Mountain View, near Google headquarters.  This is a complete new home with amazing 10-foot ceiling throughout the home, and will also include many high tech features.  See more.
